14- Entering into the privacy of the customer; (Do not keep a minimum distance from the addressee)
15- Leaning on a chair like kings;
16- Shaking the back of the foot;
17- Wearing inappropriate and untidy clothes;
18. Carrying a bag full of unusually large items;
19. Failure to remember the name of the other party;
20- not having a business card with you;
21. Sit down before they show you your chair and compliment you on sitting down.
